Cassady’s journey in aesthetics wasn’t just a career path—it was a natural evolution of her passion for artistry, precision, and patient care. With 10 years in the aesthetics industry and seven years specializing in plastic surgery, she has developed a deep understanding of facial anatomy, advanced injectable techniques, and the balance between science and beauty. Her diverse background allows her to approach every treatment with an expert eye, ensuring results that are both natural and transformative.
Her expertise has been refined through extensive training with world-renowned injectors and plastic surgeons, mastering techniques like the proprietary Julie Horne lip method, TOX and Skinvive treatments with Leslie Fletcher, and advanced facial balancing and filler techniques under Katie Sweetman, Dawn Sagrillo, Amie Neumier, Connie Brennan, and Rebecca Seuss.
Cassady is also among an elite group of aesthetic providers as a member of the International Society of Plastic Surgical and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) and holds the prestigious Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse (CPSN) credential. This certification requires years of hands-on experience alongside a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and a rigorous exam—distinguishing her as a true expert in her field.
Her experience extends beyond aesthetics; she also spent over two years managing a thriving Functional Medicine practice, deepening her understanding of holistic wellness and its role in achieving optimal beauty. She believes that aesthetics is more than just injectables—it’s about looking and feeling your best at every level.
A key part of Cassady’s journey has been her decade-long professional relationship with local Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Michael Janitch, MD, FACS. Having worked directly together for over five years, their shared dedication to precision, artistry, and patient care made the creation of COVE a seamless next step.
